For the purposes of this Agreement, references to "Zero Holdings LLC", "the Company", "ZH", "Us", "We", and "Our" shall all refer to Zero Holdings LLC, the legal entity providing the software and services.
Zero Holdings LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Server Commander WHM Plugin on the specific hostname(s) for which you have an active subscription. One license is required per server hostname.
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to Server Commander and any copies thereof are owned by Zero Holdings LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software for the purpose of creating a derivative work or competing service.
Software access is provided on a subscription basis ($19.99/mo). If your subscription is canceled or payment fails, the plugin functionality will be disabled until valid payment is restored.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Zero Holdings LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of your use of or inability to use the software.
We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
